Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with the Waipa River Road, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 3B No. 3A and 33B No. 2 to the northern boundary of Section 33B No. 1; thence generally in a westerly direction to the boundary between the said Section 33B No. 1 and Section 32B No. 2; all in Block X, Mangaorongo Survey District; being a distance of thirty chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45526, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Access Road to Paerata Railway-station, in the Franklin County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of February, 1919.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared a county road: 4 acres 3 roods 17·2 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 60, Karaka Parish, Block XI, Drury Survey District, Franklin County.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42696, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Approach Road to Ngatapa Station, in the Cook County, to be a County Road.

Mangawara Drainage District extended.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of February, 1919.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, a majority of the ratepayers in the area described in the First Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Waikato, have presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the land comprised in the said area be included in the Mangawara Drainage District as constituted under the provisions of the said Act:

And whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of such drainage district in manner hereinafter appearing:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby alter the boundaries of the said Mangawara Drainage District by including in such district the area of land described in the said petition and in the First Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the said drainage district, with such addition as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

AREA TO BE INCLUDED IN THE MANGAWARA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north generally by the Waikari Lake from the north-eastern corner of Section 366, Block V, Hapuakohe Survey District, to the northernmost corner of Section 191, Block V
