In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44450, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Amending an Order in Council authorizing the Sale of certain Crown Lands in Hawke’s Bay Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of February, 1919.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section thirty-one of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies’ Empowering Act, 1918, His Excellency the Governor General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine, by deleting the area appearing in the Schedule thereto opposite Herenga L No. 2 Block, and the land-purchase expenses appearing therein opposite Herenga L No. 1 and Herenga L No. 2 Blocks, and substituting therefor “80 acres” and “£93 11s. 4d.” respectively.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of February, 1919.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor-General, by Order in Council gazetted, is obtained:
And whereas the Waitotara County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the road described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waitotara County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road permitted to be stopped: 2 roods 32 perches, 3 roods 13·4 perches, and 16 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 3 of D.P. 2179, Sections 145 and 146 (right bank Wanganui River), Block II, Westmere Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45428, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
