Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Ngapakihi No. 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui
on Wednesday, the 19th day of March, 1919, at 11 o’clock
in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Ella Elizabeth Carter, of
Wellington, spinster, for the term of forty-two years, at a
yearly rental for the first twenty-one years of a sum equal
to 5 per cent. of the present Government unimproved valua-
tion thereof, and for the second twenty-one years of a sum
equal to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved valuation
thereof as ascertained at the end of the first term of twenty-
one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Oturanui No. 1r Block will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednes-
day, the 12th day of March, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolu-
tion:—
“ That the said land be sold to Phyllis Clapman, of
Wanganui, for the sum of £400.”
