Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waione Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Tuesday, the 4th day of March, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land, or any part thereof, at the amount of a new Government valuation be accepted.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land, or any part thereof, at the amount of a new Government valuation be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whitianga 2B 8 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 12th day of March, 1919, at 2.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to John Harrison Robson for forty-two years, the first twenty-one years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum, and the next twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value of the land in 1939. The lessee to have the right to cut and dispose of all timber or timber-trees on the land on payment of a royalty equal to the amount of the Government valuation of the timber on the said land, payable by instalments spread over ten years; or, in the alternative
“ That a grant be made to John Harrison Robson of the right to cut and dispose of all millable timber or timber-trees on the said land for a term of fifteen years on payment of a royalty equal to the Government valuation of the timber on the said land, such grant to contain all necessary and usual rights and conditions.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whitianga 2B 12 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 12th day of March, 1919, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to John Harrison Robson for forty-two years, the first twenty-one years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum, and the next twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value of the land in 1939. The lessee to have the right to cut and dispose of all timber or timber-trees on the land on payment of a royalty equal to the amount of the Government valuation of the timber on the said land, payable by instalments spread over ten years; or, in the alternative
