shall authorize the taking of any land occupied by any building, yard, garden, orchard, or vineyard, or in bona fide occupation as an ornamental park or pleasure-ground, without the previous consent of the Governor-General in Council or the consent in writing of the owner first obtained:
And whereas part of the land described in the Schedule hereto is occupied by a building and fruit trees, and the Education Board of the District of Auckland has applied for the consent of the Governor-General in Council to the taking of the said land for the purposes of a public school, and it is expedient that such consent should be given:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes above-named.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land being taken: 4 acres.
Portion of Mangataiore D Block, situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Takahue Survey District.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 46613, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block XIII, Makuri Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of November, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 12 acres 3 roods 8·1 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 12, 13, and 29, Block XIII, Makuri Survey District, and Section 31, Block II, Puketoi Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47246, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land to be no longer subject to Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of November, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor-General in Council may from time to time by Order in Council declare that any land subject to Part XIV or XV of the Native Land Act, 1909 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and vested in a Maori Land Board, shall no longer be subject to such Parts of that Act, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof:
And whereas the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is at present subject to Part XIV of the said Act, and is vested in the Tokerau District Maori Land Board, which Board has recommended that such land be no longer subject as aforesaid and that it be revested in the Native owners:
And whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that the said land is not subject to any lease, license, contract for sale, or other alienation, and that no moneys are charged on the said land or on the revenue thereof in accordance with the said Act or under any other authority:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof.

ALL that parcel of land, containing 319 acres 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, and known as Otakanini G No. 1 Block, situate in the Kaipara Survey District, in the Land District of North Auckland.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of November, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such Domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Denniston Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
