NOTICE is hereby given that JAMES JOHN DAVIDSON, of Marton Junction, Farmer, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at the Courthouse, Marton, on Tuesday, the 18th day of November, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock a.m.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 126, folio 11, of the Register-book, in favour of HENRY ARCHIBALD CAMPBELL, of Devonport, Master Mariner, for Lot 25 on plan 215, which said parcel of land is portion of Allotment 14, Section 2, of the Parish of Takapuna, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 13th day of November, 1919.
