REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi No. 1z will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi on Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the freehold of the said land be sold (subject to grant of timber-cutting rights to Pearle Blanche Harris) to Harold Jenkins, of Raetihi, land agent, for a sum equal to the Government valuation of the said land, but not including the value of the timber on the same.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 2b 3b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Wednesday, the 3rd day of December, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Albert Victor Waitford, of Wanganui, returned soldier, for a term of twenty-one years from the date of confirmation of this resolution by the Aotea District Maori Land Board, at the yearly rental of £1 5s. per acre, or at a rental equal to 5 per cent. upon the present Government valuation of the said land. Such lease to contain a covenant for a renewal of such lease for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the then Government unimproved value.”

“ That the said land be sold to Elizabeth Rose Johnston for £1 10s. per acre, or the amount of the Government valuation thereof.”

“ That the said land be leased to Herbert Punch, of Raetihi, farmer, at the rate of 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation.”
