Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihaha No. 3D No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Mokai on Tuesday, the 9th day of December, 1919, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata 4n 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday the 12th day of December, 1919, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That part of the said land, containing 252 acres, at present under lease, be sold to Margaret Theresa Monk for the amount of the Government valuation of the owners’ interest therein.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Papatupu 5b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 12th day of December, 1919, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Richard Leahy, of Wai-totara, farmer, for twenty-one years, at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation of the land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tauakira 2m 1b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 12th day of December, 1919, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That that part of the said block lying to the north of the Mangatoa stream, containing 44 acres, be leased to Arthur Leslie Burgess, of Kohonui, farmer, for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental during the first ten years of the said term of 2s. 6d. an acre, during the second ten years of the said term of 3s. 6d. an acre, and during the remaining twenty-two years of the said term at the rate of 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved valuation of the said land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South D 5b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kakahi on Tuesday, the 2nd day of December, 1919, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Arnott Edward Anderson, of Piriaka, farmer, at a price equal to the Government valuation of the said land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South D 5b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kakahi on Tuesday, the 2nd day of December, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That the said land be sold to Daphne Mary Dryden, of Wellington, spinster, for the amount of the Government valuation; in the alternative

“(2.) That the said land be leased to Daphne Mary Dryden, of Wellington, spinster, for the term of forty-two years at the annual rental of 5 per centum of the present Government valuation during the first half of the term, and of 5 per centum of the Government unimproved value, to be made at the end of the first twenty-one years, during the remainder of the said term.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaporo No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 12th day of December, 1919, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That Ngaporo No. 4 Block, containing 200 acres, more or less, be leased to George Taylor Manson, of Pipiriki, farmer, for the term of forty-two years, at the yearly rental during the first twenty-one years of the said term of 1s. 6d. per acre, and at the yearly rental during the remaining twenty-one years of the said term of 5 per cent. upon the unimproved value of the said land at the commencement of such second period of twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of W!arepu 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 12th day of December, 1919, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Toroara Kaiwhare, of Kakatahi, returned soldier, for a sum equal to £3 per acre.”
