consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
DAVID GORDON CAIN,
ALEXANDER MCCLELLAND,
EDWARD MCNAB,
WILLIAM MILES METCALF, and
WILLIAM WILLS SEWARD
to be the Rangitata Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Soldiers’ Memorial Hall, Rangitata, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
RANGITATA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less, being Reserve 4025, Block IV, Geraldine Survey District, formerly Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block IX, South Rangitata Township, Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block X, South Rangitata Township, and a closed road formerly portion of Edward Street in the aforesaid township. Bounded. towards the north-west by Francis Street, 250 links; towards the north-east by Sections 5 and 6, Block IX aforesaid, 150 links; again towards the north-west by Section 6, Block IX aforesaid, by Edward Street, and by Sections 3 and 10, Block X aforesaid, 904·8 links; again towards the north-east by Cooper Street, 421·1 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 1176·2 links; and towards the south-west by Clogstoun Street, 570·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/644, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of November, 1919.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Herekino Domain, and doth hereby appoint

LEWIS CORBETT,
DUNCAN KERR DYSART,
ARTHUR EDWARD LEOPOLD LECOUSTRE,

to be the Herekino Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Mr. D. K. Dysart’s Hall, Herekino, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HEREKINO DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 6 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 76, Block VII, Whangape Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Sections 24 and 75, Block VII, Whangape Survey District,
811·1 links; towards the east by Section 25 of Block VII aforesaid, 506·3 links; towards the south and again towards the east by Section 78 of the aforesaid block, 125 and 234·4 links respectively; towards the south-east by a public road, 740·4 links; and towards the west by Sections 77 and 24 of the aforesaid block, 1117·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/559, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan 17542, blue.)

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of November, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Fixing Sittings of the Court of Appeal.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of November, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the Judicature Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Court of Appeal shall hold its sittings at such times and places as are from time to time appointed by the Governor-General in Council and notified in the Gazette twenty-one days at least before the times so fixed respectively; and shall determine the Division by which such sittings shall be held:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint and declare that sittings of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand shall be held within the Supreme Court House, in the City of Wellington, upon the following days at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, and doth hereby determine that such sittings shall be held by the respective Divisions of the said Court as are shown hereunder:—
Monday, the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty: By the First Division of the said Court.
Monday, the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty: By the Second Division of the said Court.
Monday, the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty: By the First Division of the said Court.
