LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 122, folio 91, of the Register-book, in favour of CATHERINE WATTS, Wife of HEDLEY JOSIAH WATTS, of Auckland, Ironmonger’s Assistant, for Lot 61 on plan 3147 of Allotment 45 of Section 8 of the Suburbs of Auckland, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 9th day of October, 1919.
