REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paehinahina No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Thursday, the 13th day of November, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Petera Hona shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tihiotonga A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Thursday, the 13th day of November, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to William James Scott shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land or any part thereof by way of lease to Alexander Miller shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative

“That a proposed alienation of the land or any part thereof by way of sale to Alexander Miller shall be agreed to.”

“That the land be sold to Gladys Nicholson for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“That the land be sold to Robert Richard Morrison for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“That the land be sold to George Cribb for the sum of £25 per acre.”
