REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parawai (part Lot 29, Parish of Matata) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 11th day of November, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Lucy Reeve shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Lucy Reeve shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoungakau No. 2D No. 4B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Wednesday, the 12th day of November, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to William Henry Smith shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okere No. 1B No. 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Wednesday, the 12th day of November, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Frank Newmarch shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutukau East B No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Thursday, the 13th day of November, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Albert Rayner shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Albert Rayner shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to George Rayner shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to Leo C. Ryan and Percy Brewin shall be agreed to.”
