Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixth day of October, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, but only in so far as it affects the land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this sixth day of October, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixth day of October, 1919.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto, but only in so far as it affects the lands mentioned in Part II of the said Schedule.

Fixing the Dates and Place for the Payment of Land-tax and Income-tax under the Land and Income Tax Act, 1916, and the Finance Act, 1917, and the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1919.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixth day of October, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him under the Land and Income Tax Act, 1916, the Finance Act, 1917, and the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1919, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and determine that the respective duties leviable under the said Acts by way of land-tax and of income-tax shall be paid on the days and dates set forth hereunder:—
Land-tax under section two of the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1919: In one sum on Friday, the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
Income-tax under section three of the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1919, and special war-tax under section four of the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1919: In one sum on Thursday, the fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
And, in further pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority aforesaid, and with the like advice and consent as aforesaid, His Excellency doth also determine that the place where the said duties of land-tax and of income-tax shall be payable shall be the office of the Commissioner of Taxes at the Government Buildings, Wellington, and that notice to the aforegoing effect shall be given by the said Commissioner accordingly.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the eleventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the fourteenth day of that month, the control of Subdivision J No. 4c, Mangatamoka Block (Block XIV, Mangahao Survey District), in the Wellington Land District, a reserve for a site for a public hall, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board by the name of the Hamua Public Hall Board, in pursuance of section two of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is desirable that Arthur Ernest Brown and John Blacklock Curruthers should be appointed members
