SCHEDULE.
TE NGUTU-O-TE-MANU DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, being Section 40, Block XVI, Kaupokonui Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 39, Block XVI aforesaid, 3041·1 links; towards the east by Section 41, Block XVI aforesaid, 1818·5 links; towards the south by Section 47, Block XVI aforesaid, 2194·2 links; and towards the west by Ahipaipa Road, 2083·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1242, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Paengaroa Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this sixth day of October, 1919.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such Domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fifth day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Paengaroa Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

JAMES INNES VERCOE,
CHRISTIAN KRAMER WALTER,
ALFRED JUDD,
GEORGE LEMON, and
GEORGE SUTTON,

as from the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, to be the Paengaroa Domain Board, having control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of Mr. Walter, Paengaroa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
PAENGAROA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood 27 perches, more or less, being Section 14, Village of Paengaroa (Block VIII, Maketu Survey District). Bounded towards the north by a public road, 753·6 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 1056·2 links; towards the south by Section 42, Village of Paengaroa, 499·5 links; and towards the west by Section 13, Block VII, Maketu Survey District, 1025 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/332, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan 5986, blue.)

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Courtenay Domain.

as from the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, to be the Courtenay Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library, Courtenay, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
COURTENAY DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 2413 (in red), situated in Block VIII, Hawkins Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Reserve No. 178 (in red), 1437·9 links and 1644·2 links respectively; towards the south-east by parts of Rural Sections Nos. 3711, 3733, 3742, and 4247, 995 links; and towards the south-west by Coal Road, 1702·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/172, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this sixth day of October, 1919.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
