EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate
of title, Vol. 56, folio 37, for Section 4 of Block 10,
Opaku Survey District, whereof DANIEL JARVIS WILLIS,
of Hawera, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and also of
the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 28766 over the said
land, in favour of WILLIAM GEORGE WHITE, ARTHUR
SIDNEY TONKS, and ALBERT ERNEST DEATH, and
application having been made to me to issue a provisional
certificate of title and to register a discharge of the said
mortgage without the production of the said Mortgage
No. 28766, I hereby give notice that I will issue such pro-
visional certificate and will register such discharge of mort-
age, as requested, after the expiration of fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

of a provisional memorandum of lease, in name of

meeting of shareholders in the above-named company
held at Timaru on Saturday, the 23rd August, 1919, the
following special resolutions were passed; and at a subsequent
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on Satur-
day, the 13th September, 1919, the said resolutions were duly
confirmed, viz. :—
