In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 46433, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Altering Boundaries of Waitoa Drainage District, Counties of Ohinemuri and Piako.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of August, 1919.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, a majority of the ratepayers in the area described in the First Schedule hereto, situated in the Counties of Ohinemuri and Piako, have presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the land comprised in the said area be included in the Waitoa Drainage District as constituted under the provisions of the said Act:

And whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of such drainage district in manner hereinafter appearing:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred in section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby alter the boundaries of the said Waitoa Drainage District by including in such district the area of land described in the said petition and in the First Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the said drainage district, with such addition as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA INCLUDED IN WAITOA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded commencing at a point on the right bank of the Waitoa River at the crossing of the Thames-Waikato Road, and following that road to its junction with the Waitoa-Matamata Road; thence along that road on its eastern side in a southerly direction to a point where it touches the Auckland-Rotorua Railway line; thence following that railway-line to the Waitoa Stream, and across the said Waitoa Stream to the Mangapapa Stream; thence to and by that stream to the northern boundary-line of Section 27, Richmond Downs Estate, as shown on Land Transfer plan No. 7252, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, to the Walton-Waharoa Road, and across the said road to and by the north-eastern boundary of Section 6 as shown on Land Transfer plan No. 64, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, to and by the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 3 as shown on Land Transfer plan No. 7186, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, to the south boundary of Section F 2 of Pakarau Pa Block; thence following the south-east and north-west boundaries of that section to and by the north-eastern boundary of Section 19s, Pakarau Settlement, as shown on Land Transfer plan No. 8307, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, by the eastern boundaries of Sections 20s and 21s of the said settlement as shown on the said Land Transfer plan No. 8307, deposited as aforementioned, and the northern boundary of the last-mentioned section to a public road; thence along that road to its junction with the Morrinsville-Kereone Road; towards the east generally by the south-east boundary of the Waitoa Drainage District as described in the New Zealand Gazette dated the 2nd day of December, 1915, page 3950, to the Waitoa River, and along the right bank of the said river to the crossing of the Thames-Waikato River to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
WAITOA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Waitoa and other survey districts, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south side of the Whakahoro Road and the right bank of the Piako River; thence along the south side of that road to the Ohine Stream; thence down that stream to the Waitoa River; thence up the left bank of that river to the Thames-Waikato Road; thence north-east along that road to and across the Waitoa-Matamata Road; thence southerly along the eastern side of that road to the Auckland-Rotorua Railway Reserve; thence north-westerly along that reserve, crossing the Waitoa Stream, to the Mangapapa Stream; thence up that stream to the north-western boundary-line of Section 27, Richmond Downs Estate, as shown on L.T. plan No. 7252, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along the said north-western boundary to the Walton-Waharoa Road; thence across that road and along the north-east boundary of Sections 5 and 6 as shown on L.T. plan No. 64, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and by the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 3 as shown on L.T. plan No. 7186, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, to the southern boundary of Section F 2, Pakarau Pa Block; thence along the south, south-west, and north-west boundaries of that section, and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 19s, Pakarau Settlement, as shown on L.T. plan No. 8307, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence by the eastern boundaries of Sections 20s and 21s of the said settlement and plan, and along the northern boundary of the last-mentioned section to a public road; thence northerly along that road to the Morrinsville-Kereone Road; thence across and along the northern side of that road, the eastern side of Roach’s Road, to the northern boundary of Ngakuriaruru Block; thence along the northern boundary of that block to the Piako River; thence down the right bank of that river to the Whakahoro Road, the place of commencement.

Altering Regulations for Trout and Perch Fishing in the Wellington Acclimatization District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1919.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS it is enacted in Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908, that the Governor-General in Council may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, make regulations to have force and effect throughout New Zealand, or only in such waters or places as are specified in the regulations:

And whereas by Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 146, of the twenty-seventh day of the same month, regulations for the Wellington Acclimatization District were made providing, inter alia, that no lures or baits other than artificial fly or artificial minnow shall be used in any of the rivers or streams set forth in the proviso to the said regulations:

And whereas it is desirable to amend such regulations in the manner hereinafter described:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
