the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the regulations made by the said Order in Council of the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, by adding to the proviso therein the following rivers and streams and their tributaries: “The Pakuratahi Stream (Hutt County) and the Makuri River (Pahiatua County).”

Amending Salmon and Trout Fishing Regulations.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Orders in Council dated the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, regulations were made for fishing for salmon and trout in salmon rivers :
And whereas it is desirable to amend such regulations :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section eighty-three of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulation.
REGULATION.
THE holder of a trout-fishing license may fish for salmon and trout in any river from the 1st day of October, 1919, to the 30th day of April, 1920; provided that no person shall take or catch more than six salmon in any one day.

Authorizing the Exchange of Portion of a Reserve in Arapohue Parish, North Auckland Land District, for other Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of August, 1919.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve for a cemetery: And whereas it is expedient that the said land should be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, which the Governor-General deems of equal value and more suitable for the purposes of the reserve :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section twelve of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto may be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF PORTION OF RESERVE AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 33·6 perches, more or less, and being part of the south-western portion of Allotment 42, Arapohue Parish. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by parts of the south-eastern portion of Allotment 42 aforesaid, 753 and 293·5 links respectively; towards the south-west by other part of the south-western portion of Allotment 42 aforesaid, 753 links; and towards the north-west by Allotment 43, Arapohue Parish, 293·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/53, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 34 perches, more or less, and being part of the south-eastern portion of Allotment 42, Arapohue Parish. Bounded towards the north-east by other part of the south-eastern portion of Allotment 42 aforesaid, 226·4 links; towards the east, south-east, and south by a public road, 206·9, 328, and 474·7 links respectively; and towards the north-west by part of the south-western portion of Allotment 42 aforesaid, 767·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/53, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Apportionment of Representation on the Wairau Hospital and Charitable Aid Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of August, 1919.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section nine, subsection two, of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, it is enacted that the number of representatives of each contributory district on a Hospital Board shall be such as is determined by the Governor-General by Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, doth hereby determine that the number of representatives of each of the contributory districts within the Wairau Hospital District shall be as set forth in the Schedule hereto, and that the date of the first election of an additional representative for Wairau Road District and an additional representative for the Awatere County shall be the seventeenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen; and doth hereby direct that the regulations made by Order in Council dated the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, shall, as far as applicable, apply as if incorporated in this Order in Council.
