BATHING-SHED AND DOMAIN IMPROVEMENTS LOAN.—
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and by the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1918, the Castlecliff Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments and payments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges in a loan of three thousand pounds (£3,000), (known as “The Bathing-shed and Domain Improvements Loan”), authorized to be raised, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and under the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1918, to provide, construct, and erect a bathing-shed and public conveniences on the land situate in the Castlecliff Town District known as the Castlecliff Domain, and to improve and develop the said Castlecliff Domain, the said Castlecliff Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of five-sixteenths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of the Castlecliff Town District, comprising the whole of the said Castlecliff Town District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of the month of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Castlecliff Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges in a loan of twenty-five thousand pounds (£25,000), (known as “The Water, Drainage, and Street Improvements Loan”), authorized to be raised by the Castlecliff Town Board, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, to establish a water and drainage system in the Castlecliff Town District, and for the formation, construction, alteration, and improvement of roads, streets, and footpaths in the said town district, the said Castlecliff Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 2½d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Castlecliff Town District, comprising the whole of the said Castlecliff Town District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of the month of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

LOWER HUTT BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Lower Hutt Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of three hundred and fifty pounds (£350), authorized to be raised by the Lower Hutt Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of acquiring by purchase Lot 26 of Section 21, deposited plan No. 1547, Hutt District, situated in Hautana Square in the Borough of Lower Hutt, for a public reserve, the Lower Hutt Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seven-eighths of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Hautana Square Special Rating Area, being part Lots 2/3, 3/4, 4/5, and Lots 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26A, part Section 21, deposited plan No. 1547; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Mangonui County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Mangonui County Council Western Special Rating Area Roading and Bridging Loan of £54,000, 1919, authorized to be raised by the Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of the construction of roads and bridges in the Western Special Rating Area of the said county, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of threepence in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Western Special Rating Area of the said county; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
