REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Owhata No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of July, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to D. W. Steele shall be agreed to; or
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to D. W. Steele shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Harold B. Bayliss shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to William R. Holmes shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by lease to William R. Holmes shall be agreed to.”

“ That a portion of the annual rental derived from the lease of the above block be devoted to patriotic purposes.”
