Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotohokahoka D North No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Thursday, the 1st day of August, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That £100 out of the compensation-moneys held by the Waiariki District Maori Land Board in the above block be devoted to patriotic purposes under the direction of the Native Patriotic Association, Ohinemutu.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoungakau No. 3B No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of July, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to Arthur Wallace shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to William Henry Smith shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Haumngi No. 12 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of July, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a proposed alienation of the timber on the land by way of lease to Samuel Emery shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tautara will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Thursday, the 1st day of August, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a portion of the annual rental derived from the lease of the above block be devoted to patriotic purposes under the direction of the Maori Soldiers Fund, or to patriotic purposes under the direction of the Apumoana Patriotic League.”
