Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitaiki 31p No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 30th day of July, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a portion of the annual rental derived from the lease of the above block be devoted to patriotic purposes.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungarangi B No. 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Friday, the 2nd day of August, 1918, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a portion of the annual rental derived from the lease of the above block be devoted to patriotic purposes under the direction of the Maori Soldiers Fund.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omataroa No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 30th day of July, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of lease to M. Toma shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pokohu B No. 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matata on Thursday, the 1st day of August, 1918, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale or lease to I. T. Grieve shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharekawa 4B 2B 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Monday, the 29th day of July, 1918, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following alternative proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be leased to Eileen Kate Nesta Adams for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to Eileen Kate Nesta Adams for the amount of the Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pakikaikutu No. 2E No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga on Saturday, the 3rd day of August, 1918, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Raihira Haora and Turiri Haora for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the next twenty-one years.”
