Also all that portion of road situated in the said land district and county, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 8, Block VIII, Rotorua Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly and then north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 8, scenic reserve, and Section 38, Block VIII, Rotorua Survey District, and terminating at the north-eastern corner of the said Section 38.

Being a total distance of two and a half miles, more or less. As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44212, deposited in the Office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portion of Miroahuiiao–Matiere Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of June, 1918.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Miroahuiiao–Matiere Road, in the Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at the southern boundary of Section B No. 5c No. 5, Block XII, Otanake Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to the southern boundary of the said Block XII, Otanake Survey District; thence generally in a south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Section part No. 1A No. 2B, Block VI, Totoro Survey District, to a point about thirty-five chains north-east of the point where the road enters Section 1, Block IX, of the said Totoro Survey District: being a distance of 3 miles 40 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44286, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Kururau Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of the Kururau Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at a point thirty-seven chains west of the boundary between Sections 2 and 3, Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction for about seventy-five chains through the said Section 3 to the western boundary of the said Block II; thence generally in a westerly direction for about thirty chains, adjoining or passing through Section 7, Block I, Piopiotea West Survey District, to a point between Sections 5 and 7, Block I, Piopiotea West Survey District: being a distance of 1 mile 25 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44294, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Road in Ahuriri and Benmore Districts, Waitaki County, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of June, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared a Government road: 15 acres 0 roods 2 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Runs 559 560, and 542, situated in Ahuriri and Benmore Districts.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44278, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
