Consenting to stopping Portion of a Road in Block XII, Cape Survey District, Parihaka Road District, Egmont County.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of June, 1918.

Present :
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor-General, by Order in Council gazetted, is obtained :

And whereas the Parihaka Road Board has applied for such consent in respect of the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Parihaka Road Board stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road permitted to be stopped :-
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

Situated in Block XII, Cape Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44301, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Consenting to stopping Portion of a Road in Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey District, Waikohu County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of June, 1918.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped : 3 roods 28 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section No. 7, Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey District (Poverty Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43652, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of Road in the Purahotangahia Block, Hawke's Bay County, to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of June, 1918.

Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay County, Hawke's Bay Land District, commencing at its junction with the main Napier to Wairoa Road, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of Section 5, Block XVI, Maungaharuru Survey District, and thence generally in a north-westerly direction along the eastern boundary of Sections part 7 and 5, Block XV, Maungaharuru Survey District, and terminating at a point on the north-west corner of the said Section 5, Block XV, Maungaharuru Survey District, at its junction with South Road; being a distance of 4 miles 32 chains. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44328, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Declaring Portions of Roads in the Mangorewa-Kaharoa Block, Rotorua County, to be County Roads.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of June, 1918.

Present :
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Rotorua County, commencing at the south-western corner of Section 1, Block VIII, Rotorua Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 1, 18, Native burial reserve, and Sections 20 and part 19, Block VIII, Rotorua Survey District, and terminating at a point near the south-eastern corner of the said Section 19.

Also all that portion of road situated in the said land district and county, commencing at its junction with the first-mentioned road on the western boundary of Native burial reserve, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Native burial reserve and Sections 24, 32, 25, 33, 26, part 27, and part 34, Block VIII, Rotorua Survey District, and terminating at a point on the boundary between the said Sections 27 and 34.

Also all that portion of road situated in the said land district and county, commencing at the south-western corner of Section 6, Block VIII, Rotorua Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 6, 5A, 5, 37, 35, and 36, Block VIII, Rotorua Survey District, and terminating at the north-eastern corner of the said Section 35.
