Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Pihama Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eighteenth day of June, 1918.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fifteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Pihama Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

JOHN MCHARDY,
WILLIAM TAYLOR LAMBIE, and JOHN PETTIGREW
to be the Pihama Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, at half past two o'clock p.m. as the time when, and the Green Pavilion, Pihama, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
PIHAMA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 48, Block I, Oeo Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Hone Road, 805·5 links; towards the east by the Ouri Stream; towards the south by Titahi Road, 861·5 links; and towards the west by Section 47, Block I, Oeo Survey District (Pihama Village), 1504·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1/438, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

KAWAKAWA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allotment 47, Ruapekapeka Parish, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by the Kuranui and Te Kapa Blocks, 1148 links, and a Wahi Tapu, 221·7 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 478·5 links, the crossing of a public road, and again by the aforesaid road, 446 and 177·3 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 550 links; and towards the west generally by a road reserve along Kawakawa River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: save and except a public road which intersects the hereinbefore-described area. As the same is delineated on plan marked 1/385A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section 26, Suburbs of Kawakawa, and containing by admeasurement 73 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east and north-west generally by a public road, 869·8, 149·4, 409·1, 192·1, 330·7, 183·1, 95·1, 427·7, 222·5, 213·2, and 952·8 links; towards the east by Sections 31 and 32, Block XVI, Kawakawa Survey District, the abutment of a public road, Section 37, Block XVI aforesaid, the abutment of a public road, by Sections 38, 39, and 40, Block XVI aforesaid, 3856 links; towards the south by Sections 47 and 76, Block XVI aforesaid, 2657·1 links; and towards the west by Section 75, Block XVI aforesaid, and a public road, 2940·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 1/385B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 14077.)
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Block II, Village of Waiomio. Bounded towards the north-east by Marshal Street, towards the south-east of Neumann Street, towards the south-west by Waiomio Road, and towards the north-west by a public road. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1391/10, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, being Section No. 10, Suburbs of Kawakawa. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 14, towards the south-east and north-east by Section No. 11, again towards the south-east by Section No. 12, towards the south by Section No. 28, and towards the west by a public road; all of the Suburbs of Kawakawa. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5394/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
