Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XV,
Kaipara Survey District, Kaukapakapa Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur Wil-
liam de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with
the consents of the owners and lessee of the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Kaukapakapa
Road Board, being the local authority in whose district
the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in
Kaipara Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as
aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason
of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:—
A. R. P.
0 1 18·92, portion of Section 8; coloured purple.
0 1 10 " 7 " red.
0 2 20·5 " 7 " red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 0·1 perch.
Adjoining or passing through Section 7.
Coloured on plan: Green.

All situated in Ararimu Parish, Block XV, Kaipara Sur-
vey District (Kaukapakapa Road District). (S.O. 20019.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44211,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s
Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Member of the
Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and
Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s
Dominion of New Zealand and its Depend-
encies; and issued under the Seal of the said
Dominion, at the Government House at Wel-
ington, this seventh day of June, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Stopping Government Roads in Block XII, Gore Survey
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

W HEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred
and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is
enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation
publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government
road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government roads described in the
Schedule hereto are no longer required for the purposes of
roads:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-
recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the roads
described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of roads hereby stopped:—

0 2 10, adjoining or passing through Crown land.
0 1 24 " Sections 14A & 42.

Situated in Block XII, Gore Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44063,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

road or any part thereof:

Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a
road:

coloured green.
