Crown Land set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers,
under Ordinary Tenures, in the Westland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same is hereby set apart for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.—NATIONAL
ENDOWMENT.

SECTION 2735, Block XIII: Area, 608 acres; Mawheranui
Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s
Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Member of the
Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and
Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s
Dominion of New Zealand and its Depend-
encies; and issued under the Seal of the said
Dominion, at the Government House at Wel-

Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the
Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of
settlement lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal
by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special
tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

District, Murchison County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
and of the Murchison County Council, being the local autho-
rity in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as
a road the land in Tutaki Survey District described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
1 acre 2 roods 5 perches.
Portion of Section 91, Square 138, Block I, Tutaki Survey
District (Nelson R.D.).

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43239,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured pink.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the con-
sents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in
the Schedule hereto, and of the Whangarei County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Purua Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 2 acres 2 roods 26·2 perches.
Portion of Ahimate Block (D.P. 6587A), Blocks XIV and
XV, Purua Survey District. (S.O. 18177.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40482,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
