ORMOND.
All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less, being Rural Section 70a, Ormond Military Settlement, Block VIII, Waimata Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 780 and 1640 links respectively; towards the south-east by Rural Section 71 of Ormond Military Settlement, Block VIII, Waimata, 1607·5 links; and towards the south-west by Sections 10, 11, and 12, Town of Ormond, 1750·25 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/352, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Taranaki, Wellington, and Marlborough Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less, being Sections 19 and 20, Block XVI, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the Wanganui River Road, 676·8 links, to the north-western boundary of Section 21, Block VI aforesaid; thence towards the south-west by the north-western boundary of the said Section 21, 467·4 links, to the Wanganui River Road; thence towards the south-west generally by the last-mentioned road, 208, 179·2, 70·2, 193·7, 166·1, and 190·9 links, to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 6/6/143, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. For a site for a public school.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Section 17, Block 1, Nukumaru Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Waitotara Valley Road, 176·1 and 741·6 links; towards the south-east by Section 10, Block I aforesaid, 622·5 links; and towards the south-west by Section 14, Block I aforesaid, 748·2 and 283 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/211, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a roadman’s hut.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 21 perches, more or less, being Section 5, Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District. Commencing at the north-east corner, bounded towards the north-east by Subdivision 2 of Section 267, Kaikoura Suburban, 2339·4 links; towards the south-west by a road, 2161·7 and 88·2 links; again towards the north-east and south-west by Section 346, Kaikoura Suburban, 1278·6 and 1420·9 links respectively; and towards the north by a road, 113·6 links, to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 38·2 perches, being Section 8, Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District. Commencing at the westernmost corner, bounded to the north-west, south-east, and north-east by a public road, 1254·5, 208·8,
