Stopping Government Roads in Blocks XIII, Waihua, and
XII, Mohaka Survey Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred
and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is
enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation
publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government
road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government roads described in the
Schedule hereto are no longer required for the purposes of
roads:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-
recited Act, and of all other powers in anyway enabling
me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the roads
described in the Schedule hereto.

Additional Regulation under the Tramways Amendment
Act, 1910.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third
day of April, 1918.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him
by section five of the Tramways Amendment Act, 1910,
and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make
the following additional regulation for the purposes of para-
graph (g) of the said section five; and doth direct that the
regulation hereby made shall form part of and be read with
the regulations made under the said section five on the
second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the
same date.
REGULATION.
The Schedule comprising the descriptions of tramway dis-
tricts is hereby further extended to include a district to be
known as the Gisborne Tramway District, comprising all that
district in the Hawke's Bay Land District, being the Borough
of Gisborne and the County of Cook, as defined in the New
Zealand Gazette of the 17th January, 1918, pages 162, 163,
and 164.

Amending the Description of the Arikikapakapa Reserve,
Suburbs of Rotorua.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third
day of April, 1918.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the third day
of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twelfth day of
that month, the control of a certain reserve in the Auckland
Land District known as the โ€œArikikapakapa Reserve, Roto-
rua,โ€ was, inter alia, vested in the Minister of the Crown for
the time being having the administration of the Tourist and
Health Resorts Control Act, 1906:
And whereas an error was made in the description of the
said reserve in the Schedule to the said Order in Council, and
it is expedient that the error should be rectified:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
him by the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908,
and of every other power and authority enabling him in this
behalf, doth hereby amend the Schedule to the said Order in
Council dated the third day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and eight, and hereinbefore referred to, by substi-
tuting the description of the said Arikikapakapa Reserve set
forth in the Schedule hereto in lieu of the description of the
said reserve set forth in the Schedule to the said Order* in
Council dated the third day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and eight.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 157 acres 0 roods 3 perches, more or less, being
Section 32, Suburbs of Rotorua. Bounded towards the north
by Sophia Street; towards the east by Lot 15, Section 31,
Suburbs of Rotorua; again towards the north by Lot 15
aforesaid, and Lots 13, 11, 9, and 7 of Section 31 aforesaid,
and Subdivisions 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 1 of Lot 1 of the
aforesaid Section 31; again towards the east by Fenton
Street; towards the south by Sala Street; again towards
the east by the abutment of the said Sala Street and by
Section 81; towards the south-east by Section 10; towards
the south-west by the Tihiotonga Block; towards the north-
west by Sections 65 and 64; towards the north-east by
