ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 10 acres 0 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Sections 20, 11, and 12, Plumer Hamlet, situate in the Parish of Waipareira, Block II, Titirangi Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Allotment 28, Section 7, Waipareira Parish, 65 links; towards the east generally by Section 1, Plumer Hamlet, and by the abutment of a public road, 139·4, 273·6, 330·5, 207, 261·6, 52·4, and 134·4 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 516·2 and 400 links; towards the south-east by Lot 13, Plumer Hamlet, 941 links; towards the south-west by Lot 31, Section 7, of Waipareira Parish, 666 links; and towards the west generally by the Opanuku Stream. As the same is delineated on plan marked L and S. 1/106, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 12269.)

Revocation of an Order in Council prohibiting all Alienations of certain Native Land other than Alienations in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day of April, 1918.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the thirtieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, affecting the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Regulations made under the Census and Statistics Act, 1910.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby make the following regulations prescribing additional matters in regard to which the Statistician shall collect statistics.

REGULATIONS.

In addition to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (j) of section 21 of the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, and in any other regulations heretofore made under that Act, the Statistician shall, subject to that section, collect statistics in regard to stocks, orders, and requirements of turnip, swede, and rape seed.

Every person holding stocks of turnip, swede, or rape seed, and every person having orders placed for supplies of turnip, swede, or rape seed direct from the United Kingdom, shall on request, within such time or times as he may be required by the Statistician so to do, furnish particulars as to the quantities and varieties thereof at a date or dates to be specified by the Statistician, together with details as to his usual annual requirements.

In order to comply with the last preceding regulation every such person shall fill up and supply to the Statistician, or to any officer authorized by him in writing, the particulars specified in the form set out in the Schedule hereto, in accordance with the instructions accompanying that form, and shall sign the form certifying to the correctness of the particulars entered therein.
