commencing at a point forty-three chains west of the eastern
boundary of Section 8, Block XI, Retaruke Survey District,
and continuing thence generally in a westerly direction
through Sections 8 and 7 of the said block, and terminating
at a point twenty-eight chains beyond the eastern boundary
of Section 7, Block XI, Retaruke Survey District; being a
distance of eighty chains, more or less. As the said portion
of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 43943, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portions of Road in Blocks XIII, Waihua, and
XII, Mohaka Survey Districts, to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day
of April, 1918.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
Government roads.

Declaring Road in Block XIII, Piako Survey District, to
be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

District, to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

of April, 1918.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Plumer Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day
of April, 1918.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the
said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from
time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain :

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the Plumer Domain :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint

HENRY CHARLES SWAN,
JOSEPH GREENWOOD,
JAMES ISAAC HOLT,
SAMUEL DAWSON ALLELY, and
JOHN PLATT,

as from the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and sixteen, to be the Plumer Domain Board, having
control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the
purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act;
and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the eighteenth day of
