Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XV, Hohoura East
Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent
of the Mangonui County Council, being the local authority
in whose district the land described in the Schedule hereto
is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the
said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
11 acres 2 roods 32 5 perches.
Portion of Hohoura Kauri-gum Reserve, Block XV, Hohoura
East Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
16/547, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's
Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint

Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's
Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies;
and issued under the Seal of the said
Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington,
this twenty-fifth day of March, in the

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the
consent of the owner of the land described in the First
Schedule hereto, and of the Mount Herbert County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said
Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as
aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
2 roods 5 perches.

section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
and of the Southland County Council, being the local authority
in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as
a road the land in Wyndham Survey District described in
the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3 roods 7 perches.
Portion of Section 22, Block VIII, Wyndham Survey District
(Southland R.D.).
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43862,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section five of the Land Act, 1908, it is
provided that every Proclamation, Order in Council,
and other instrument, whether made under or by virtue of
that Act, or of any former Land Act, and all regulations,
by-laws, conditions, or rules made by the Governor-General,
the Minister, or any Land Board, may be altered, amended,
or revoked from time to time:
And whereas it is necessary to amend a Proclamation
issued under the said Act, proclaiming land as a road and
road closed in Patutahi Survey District, dated the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
eighteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 28,
