Settlement Lands set apart for Disposal by Way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the settlement lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

Lands proclaimed as Roads in Rangitaiki Parish, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the Whakatane County Council, being the local authority in whose district the lands described in the Schedule hereto are situated, proclaim as roads the lands described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as roads:—

14 3 0·7, drain reserve adjoining roads and Sections 75, 75A, 77, 80, 81, 84, 87A, 87, and 60A, Rangitaiki Parish, Blocks III, IV, and VII, Upper Rangitaiki Survey District.
16 0 32·5, drain reserve adjoining roads, Orini River, and Sections 65, 67, 70, 72, 76, and 79, Rangitaiki Parish, Block V, Awa-o-te-atua Survey District, and Blocks IV and VIII, Upper Rangitaiki Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/276, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue. (Auckland plan 19908, blue)
