PURSUANT to section 2 of the War Funds Act, 1915, I, George Warren Russell, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare any fund to be established for the purchase of landed property or the erection of buildings for the purposes of Returned Soldiers’ Clubs to be a war fund within the meaning of the said War Funds Act, 1915.
