Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution to the extent hereinbefore mentioned, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall be erected at any time on the south-western side of the said portion of street within a distance of 33 ft. of the centre-line of the said portion of street.

All that portion of the south-western side of Pacific Street, in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, abutting on Sections 14, 15, and 16, Township of Nevada; as the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44425, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Appointing Commissioners to classify Pastoral Runs in Marlborough Land District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural land in the Marlborough Land District known as Runs 138, Onamalutu; 15, Hodder; 16B, Hodder; 16A, Hodder; 141, Onamalutu; 142, Onamalutu; and 145, Onamalutu; as provided by the said section two hundred and twenty-five.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Land temporarily reserved for an Endowment for Primary Education in the Parish of Kawakawa, Auckland Land District.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for an endowment for primary education.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 8·7 perches, more or less, being Allotment 223 (portion of a closed road), Parish of Kawakawa. Bounded towards the west by Allotment 224 (portion of a closed road), 67·4 links; towards the north-west and towards the north-east generally by Allotment 175 (education reserve), 130·5, 195, 148, 116·3, 199·3, 875·5, 293·2, 113, 106, 196, and 171·4 links; towards the east by a public road, 51·2 links; towards the south-west generally by Allotment 222 (portion of a closed road), all in Kawakawa Parish aforesaid, 141·2, 191·5, 227, 52, 195, 251·4, 865, 194·8, 70·3, 127, 185·2, and 172·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/431, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 19645.)

Notifying Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Notifying Land in Taranaki Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

to be a trustee, in the place of Herbert Luke, killed in action, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Lepperton Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Francis William Atkinson, Edward Hellier, Harper Bryson Lepper, and Frederick Thomas Crowe, previously appointed.
