SCHEDULE.
MOUNT RICHMOND DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 33 acres 0 roods 23 perches, more or less, being Allotment 60 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, Parish of Waitemata, and part of Allotment 23 of Subdivision 3 of Hamlin’s Grant, No. 16841, at Otahuhu. Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and east by land originally granted to James Hamlin, 574·6, 936·7, 998·3, and 1208·5 links respectively; towards the south-east and north-east by Lot 1 of the said Subdivision 3, 235 and 270 links respectively; towards the east by the Panmure Road, 50 links; towards the south and south-west by other part of the said Lot 23, 46·8 and 271·7 links respectively; again towards the south-east and south by subdivision of Allotment 3 of the land granted to James Hamlin aforesaid, 345 and 2196·8 links respectively; towards the west by the Great South Road, 229·3 links; towards the north by Allotment 61 of the aforesaid Section 12, 362·3 links; towards the north-west and the south-west by the said Allotment 61, 790·1, 128, 227·5, and 743·3 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on plan marked 1/503, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 5519.)

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Burke’s Pass Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of November, 1918.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Burke’s Pass Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

ARTHUR GEORGE NALDER,
WALTER SCOTT, and
WILLIAM ROBERT McCONNELL,
as from the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, to be the Burke’s Pass Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fourteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. Walter Scott, Burke’s Pass, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
BURKE’S PASS DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 45 acres 0 roods 3 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 1595 (in red), Block VIII, Burke’s Survey District. Bounded north-eastward by a road-line, 2236·5 links; south-eastward by a road-line, 1736·5 links; south-westward by Reserve No. 2334, 1000 links; again south-eastward by Reserve No. 2334, 500 links; again south-westward by Reserve No. 1264A, 1236·5 links; and north-westward by Rural Section No. 35668, 2236·5 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1428, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Lumsden Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of November, 1918.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of any public domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the Lumsden domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE LUMSDEN TOWN BOARD
to be the Lumsden Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Lumsden Town Board, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
LUMSDEN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 19 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, situated in Block XXIII, Town of Lumsden, being Sections 1 to 6 inclusive. Bounded towards the north-east by Iona Street, 1543 links; towards the south-east partly by Marion Street and partly by Section 7 in the said block, 1720·6 links; towards the west generally by Pomona Terrace, 1839·2 links; and towards the north-west by Albion Street, 1287·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1472, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
