Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Huntly on Tuesday, the 29th day of October, 1918, at 12.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be leased to Mignonette Duder for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-five years, and 6s. per acre during the remaining twenty-five years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiwaka No. 2B No. 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Tuesday, the 29th day of October, 1918, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That a license to cut all kahikatea timber on the block be granted by the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board to William Robert Patterson, of Auckland, accountant, and Edmund Elliott, of Auckland, gentleman. The license to be for five years, and the consideration to be £270. Such license to include all usual rights to construct tramways, roads, and works over the block, and all incidental rights necessary for the purpose of working the said timber. The interest of the said William Robert Patterson to be in the license two-thirds, and the interest of the said Edmund Elliott one-third.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 99L, Parish of Onewhero, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Tuesday, the 29th day of October, 1918, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That a portion of the land, containing 60 acres, be leased to Alfred Henry Lapwood and Edward Lapwood for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 6s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 990, Parish of Onewhero, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Tuesday, the 29th day of October, 1918, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be sold to Elizabeth Hull for the sum of £290.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tauparaha No. 2 is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Featherston on Thursday, the 31st day of October, 1918, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
