Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi No. 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 15th day of November, 1918, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:--
"That the said land be leased to Eila Elizabeth Carter, of Wellington, spinster, for the term of forty-two years, at a yearly rental for the first twenty-one years of a sum equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government unimproved valuation thereof, and for the second twenty-one years of a sum equal to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved valuation thereof as ascertained at the end of the first term of twenty-one years."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tawhitinui, Section 2, Block V, Waimeate Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Normanby on Friday, the 15th day of November, 1918, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:--
"That the said land be leased to Whia Keepa, of Otakeho, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rent equal to 5 per cent. of the Government valuation of the land."

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 3A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Wednesday, the 30th day of October, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:--
"That the said land be leased to Ada Mary Wilson, the wife of George Hamish Wilson, of Bull's, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, at £1 10s. per acre per annum."

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 1 No. 24 Block, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Wednesday, the 30th day of October, 1918, at 3 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:--
"That the land be leased to Te Aomarama Pine for forty-two years, at a rental for the first twenty-one years of £1 per acre per annum, or at the rate of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation of the land, whichever be the higher; and for the next twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the unimproved value of the land in the year 1939."

of Reureu 2B 3B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Wednesday, the 30th day of October, 1918, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:--
"That the said block be leased to William Eddowes for the term of fifty years; the rental to be £1 per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and for the remaining twenty-five years 5 per centum on the unimproved value of the said land at the end of the first twenty-five years."

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 3c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Wednesday, the 30th day of October, 1918, at 12 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-
"That the block be leased to Harriett Florence Cockburn, of Marton, married woman, for fifty years; twenty-five years at £1 5s. per acre, and twenty-five years at 5 per cent. on the unimproved value."

"That the land be sold to Wiremu Ropiba for the amount of the Government valuation of the land."
