NOTICE is hereby given that the parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 11th November, 1918.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of Rimu Number One Dredging Company (No Liability) by the Supreme Court was, on the twenty-fifth day of September, 1918, presented to the Honourable Alexander Lawrence Herdman, Esquire, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by the Dispatch Foundry Company (Limited), a company duly incorporated having its registered office in Greymouth, a creditor of Rimu Number One Dredging Company (No Liability); and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the twenty-third day of October, 1918, at Christchurch at the hour of 10.30 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of Rimu Number One Dredging Company (No Liability) desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of such company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of Rimu Number One Dredging Company (No Liability) requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
