Declaring Portions of Roads in the Mangamairi Block, Patangata County, to be County Roads.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day of October, 1918.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Patangata County, commencing at its junction with the Mangaorapa—Te Awaputahi Road, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction, adjoining or passing through part Section 2, Block XVII, Porangahau Survey District, and part Section 2, Block XIV, Porangahau Survey District, and terminating at a point near the north-western corner of the said Section 2, Block XIV, Porangahau Survey District; being a distance of eight chains and a half, more or less.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district and county commencing at its junction with the Mangaorapa—Te Awaputahi Road, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly and then easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 9, Block XVII, and part Section 4, Block XIV, Porangahau Survey District, and terminating at a point near the north-western corner of the said Section 4; being a distance of twelve chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district and county commencing at its junction with the Mangaorapa—Te Awaputahi Road, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through part Section 10, Block XVII, and Sections 5 and 7, Block XIV, Porangahau Survey District, and terminating at the boundary between the said Section 7 and Section 1, Block II, Tautane Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 38 chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district and county commencing at its junction with the Wimbledon—Porangahau Road, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Lot O, Section 1, Porangahau 1b 4 Block, and part Section 2, Block II, Tautane Survey District, and terminating at a point near the south-eastern corner of Section 6, Block XIV, Porangahau Survey District; being a distance of three chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district and county commencing at its junction with the Wimbledon—Porangahau Road, proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Lot O, Section 1, Porangahau 1b 4 Block, and terminating at a point near the north-eastern corner of Section 4, Block II, Tautane Survey District; being a distance of five chains, more or less.
As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44909, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red, and marked respectively A-B, C-D, E-F, G-H, and K-L.

ALL that portion of the Tongaporutu-Mangaroa Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the Weraroa Road, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining Section 20, Block V, Ohura Survey District, Sections 4, 11, 10, 2, and 1, Block VIII, Waro Survey District, to a point about twenty chains east of the boundary between the said Section 1, Block VIII, and Section 7, Block VII, Waro Survey District; being a distance of three miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44896, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44908, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Greendale Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen:
