Captain (temp. Major) E. C. Dovey, N.Z.S.C., from commanding N.Z. Base Depot, to be Second in Command, N.Z. Command Depot, vice Major B. S. Jordan, Canterbury Regiment (accidentally killed), and retains the temporary rank of Major, and remains seconded, whilst so employed. Dated 27th June, 1918.
