LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 254, folio 217, of the Register-book, in favour of WILLIAM LEE, THE YOUNGER, and ARTHUR LEE, both of Mercury Bay, Farmers, and THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE, as tenants in common in equal shares, for part of the land on plan 1473, which said parcels of land are portions of the block situated in the Coromandel Survey District called Kaimarama, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 12th day of September, 1918.
