Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tihiotonga B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 1st day of October, 1918, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:-

"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Hazel May Davys shall be agreed to."

Dated at Rotorua this 7th day of September, 1918.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotohokahoka D South 16 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 1st day of October, 1918, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:-

"(1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to F. H. Earl shall be agreed to; or

"(2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to F. H. Earl shall be agreed to."

"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company (Limited) shall be agreed to."
