A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Murchison County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Matiri and Tutaki Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

Stopping a Government Road in Block XII, Kaeo Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 3 acres l rood 32 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 1 of Section 14 of Block XII and Section 26 (Crown land). Situated in Block XII, Kaeo Survey District. (S.O. 20108.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44608, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
