At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of August, 1918.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor-General, by Order in Council gazetted, is obtained:
And whereas the Woodville County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Woodville County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 11 acres 1 rood 21 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 15, 16, 27, and 28, Block IX, Woodville Survey District.
In the Hawkeβs Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42906, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of a Road in Block XIII, Culverden Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of August, 1918.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared a Government road: 2 acres 2 roods 25 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Reserve 3421, Block XIII, Culverden Survey District.
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44500, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
