COROMANDEL COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCK VIIIA, HARATAUNGA SURVEY DISTRICT, AND BLOCK IA, COROMANDEL SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed by the Coromandel County Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road in Blocks VIIIA, Harataunga Survey District, and IA, Coromandel Survey District; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Council Chambers of the said Council, Kapanga Road, Coromandel, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk of the said Council at Coromandel.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership Business hitherto existing between ROY GRAHAM PULHAM, KENNEDY BERTRAM PULHAM, and FREDERICK BEGBIE, and carried on by them at Taniwha and Te Kauwhata under the style of “Pulham and Begbie,” General Storekeepers and Butchers, has been dissolved by mutual consent. The said business will be carried on in the future by the said ROY GRAHAM PULHAM and KENNEDY BERTRAM PULHAM under the style of “Pulham and Begbie.” All debts and liabilities due by the late firm will be discharged by the said ROY GRAHAM PULHAM and KENNEDY BERTRAM PULHAM.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908, AND AMENDMENTS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waipu County Council (duly incorporated), in pursuance of the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments, the Counties Act, 1908, and amendments, and the Cemeteries Act, 1908, and amendments, it enabling, intends to take for a public work—to wit, as a cemetery—all that piece of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, and delineated on a plan deposited for inspection at the offices of the said Council at Waipiro Bay. All persons having any well-grounded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands must, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, forward in writing to the offices of the said Council a notice of their objections.
Dated at Waipiro Bay this 28th day of November, 1917.
