WAIAPU COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908, AND AMENDMENTS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council (duly incorporated), in pursuance of the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments, and of the Counties Act, 1908, and amendments, it enabling, intends to take for a public work—to wit, as a road—all those pieces of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, and delineated on a plan deposited for inspection at the offices of the said Council, Waipiro Bay. All persons having any well-grounded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands must, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, forward in writing to the offices of the said Council a notice of their objections.

Dated at Waipiro Bay this 28th day of November, 1917.

APPROXIMATE areas of land to be taken :—

All situated in Waiapu County.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council (duly incorporated), in pursuance of the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments, and of the Counties Act, 1908, and amendments, it enabling, intends to take for a public work—to wit, as a site for a worker’s dwelling—all those pieces of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, and delineated on a plan deposited for inspection at the offices of the said Council at Waipiro Bay. All persons having any well-grounded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands must, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, forward in writing to the offices of the said Council a notice of their objections.

I, MABEL AILEEN HANRON, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, New Zealand, 1917, now residing in Dunedin, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 3rd February next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Dunedin.
