Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, of Land in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of March then instant, setting apart the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the settlement lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, on special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Mangonui County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Maungataniwha Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
