Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4H 3B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Monday, the 28th day of May, 1917, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Frank F. Hockley for the sum of £3 per acre.”
Dated at Auckland this 3rd day of May, 1917.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hoetainui South 1B No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Monday, the 28th day of May, 1917, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £250.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4B 3 and 6, Section 7, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Monday, the 28th day of May, 1917, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Moeakau Rangitaratara for the amount of the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepuhunga No. 15 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Putaruru on Monday, the 28th day of May, 1917, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 2E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to John Thomas Tuck for the sum of 15s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 21B No. 1c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to William Irvine for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Joseph Coogan for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of £11 1s.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South A 3E 2C 3B 3C 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the western portion of the block, containing 30 acres, be leased to Craven Walker Mirfin for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 5s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South N No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the residue of the block, containing 366 acres, be leased to Alexander Bell for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 4s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”
