REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 67B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 29th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That portion of the block, containing 1,000 acres, be sold to John St. Leger Fookes for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 3, Block XIV, Puniu Survey District (Puketarata No. 6), will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 30th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the land be leased to Samuel Thomas for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 6s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 61E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 30th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £4,504.”

“ That the land be sold to William Irvine for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be leased to William Irvine for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato - Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 74B 6G 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 30th day of May, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—

“ (1.) That portion of the block, containing 2,562 acres, be sold to William Standish for the sum of £1 15s. per acre.

“ (2.) That the balance of the block, containing 1,499 acres, be sold to Frank R. H. Brice for the sum of £1 15s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manuaitu B No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Thursday, the 31st day of May, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the north-western portion of the block, containing 200 acres, be leased to Edward H. Schnackenberg for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first ten years, and 4s. 6d. per acre during the remaining eleven years.”
