REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Opape 12w Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opotiki on Monday, the 11th day of June, 1917, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to W. Walker shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Leslie Preece shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4B 7, Section 3B, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Monday, the 28th day of May, 1917, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be sold to Kahurangi Eru Kaka for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.
“ (2.) That the land be leased to Kahurangi Eru Kaka for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”
